here's how returns and exchanges are made simple, secure, and fair.

Greece & European Union

Returns

I gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unused bikinis in new condition, with all original tags attached and the hygiene seal fully intact. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refund Options: Choose how you'd like to receive your refund:

  • Original Payment Method – Full refund to your card (please note: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility; I will refund the full purchase amount)
  • Gift Card – Store credit as a gift card code for future purchases
  • Discount Code – A discount code to use on your next order

Size Exchanges: One complimentary size exchange is available. Email me at support@questforodyssey.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

International Orders (Outside EU)

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date for unworn, unwashed, and unused bikinis in new condition, with all original tags attached and the hygiene seal fully intact.

Refund Options: Due to high international transaction and currency conversion fees, refunds for international orders are issued as:

  • Gift Card – Store credit as a gift card code for future purchases
  • Discount Code – A discount code to use on your next order

Refunds to original payment method are not available for international orders. If a different size is required, please return your item for store credit and place a new order.

Exchanges: Exchanges are not available for international orders due to high shipping costs. Please choose carefully when ordering. If you need a different size, you may return for store credit and place a new order.

Return Shipping (applies to all regions)

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case I will reimburse your return shipping.
Returns must be sent via a trackable shipping service for security and peace of mind.

It is best if you share the tracking number with me when you send your return so I can monitor it and process your refund or exchange as smoothly as possible.
Keep your tracking number until your return is fully processed.

Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? Please contact me at support@questforodyssey.com before returning it. I will reimburse your return shipping cost when processing your refund.

How to Return (applies to all regions)

  2. Select your preferred refund method and follow the instructions provided
  3. Ship your return using a trackable service and share your tracking number with me at support@questforodyssey.com so I can monitor it and process your request as smoothly
    as possible!
  4. Keep your tracking number until your return is fully processed

Important Conditions (applies to all regions)

Returns showing signs of wear, alteration, or with removed tags or hygiene seals cannot be returned.

All items undergo a quality inspection upon return. Items that do not meet return standards are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items (applies to all regions)

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Swimwear that has been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items with removed tags or hygiene seals
  • Pieces marked as final sale at the time of purchase
